INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup quick oats

  • 1 tbsp hulled hemp seeds 

  • 1.5 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1.5 tbsp preferred jelly or preserves

  • ¼ cup oat milk

  • water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add quick oats and chia seeds to a microwave safe bowl 

  2. Add water, enough to cover the oats and chia seeds

  3. Microwave for 1:00 minute

  4. Add oat milk for more moisture

  5. Add jelly/preserves and peanut butter

  6. Top with hemp seeds
