1/3 cup quick oats
1 tbsp hulled hemp seeds
1.5 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter
1.5 tbsp preferred jelly or preserves
¼ cup oat milk
water
INSTRUCTIONS
Add quick oats and chia seeds to a microwave safe bowl
Add water, enough to cover the oats and chia seeds
Microwave for 1:00 minute
Add oat milk for more moisture
Add jelly/preserves and peanut butter
Top with hemp seeds
