This program is designed to help you get toned and lean. It includes beginner, intermediate and advanced programs for all levels of fitness. I created out of my experience as a personal trainer, gymnast, runner and lover of the human body! Overtime I developed and refined this method based on my studies in exercise science at University where I received my Bachelors in Exercise Science and my Masters in Nutrition Science. I combined this knowledge with real life application over the course of my five years working as a certified personal trainer and nutrition consultant with the intention to help people become fit, functional, and healthy both physically and mentally.
